Free Shipping on 3?
 

Hey. Is anyone else getting the free shipping on 3 when you get to checkout? I discovered that this morning. You may want to check your accounts out.

I noticed that this morning, it was showing free shipping in the "Your deals"? section that appears in the right column when you're just browsing around. So, I added some stuff to my cart and got free shipping. Then I logged into the webdvd link and fulfilled my account.

Yeah, I'm thinking about going ahead and fulfilling one of my accounts too.

I was hoping a boxset would count as more than one item, but they only count as one. I want to get that Hitchcock signature set which is showing up as 59.99 in my cart. With the $5 off and adding two 5.95 sale titles it would come to just over $70. Thats not too bad?

People who fullfill for 2 commitments should always remember that it makes better sense to get free shipping with a cheapo sub $10 3rd DVD, rather than pay $4 shipping.

Or an even cheaper title like Today's deal of day....."The Mexician" for only $4.95. :)

Can I buy pre-orders as fullfillments and also do the buy 3-free shipping and $5 web coupon all at the same time?

Most(all?) $14.95 titles show up at only $5.95 each with the "up to 60% off" thing still going on. All perfect candidates for the 3rd item to get free shipping. I picked up Manhattan.

Is there a code to get that "up to 60% off"?

I did this morning. I fulfilled a new account with Team America and Phantom of the Opera, both as pre-orders, got the $5.00 Web discount, and I ordered Addams Family Values (50% off!) as my 3rd movie to get free S&H. The total was $42.90.

I don't know of a code,I thought it was a 1-week only special that applies to everyone. It just shows up on my account. I got an email about it too, but all the links are generic, I can't make anything out of them.

Then again, the shady way CH has been doing business lately leads me to suspect they will just add shipping charges to my CC a few weeks from now anyway.

oh my god - columbia house is horrible - i just checked my online account info - and they totally screwed up my order - the prices are not even close to why i checked out with - they ignored the second title being used as a fufillment title, and applied the 10% wrong - what a disaster... on the phone w/them now fixing this stupid crap.

I swear to god - if i werent addicted to DVDs - i'd end my relationship with this company.

Fargo: SE is a steal for $6 (in terms of free shipping and what not) if you use it as your third item.

Yes and no. The 60% off when you buy one sale (making Fargo $5.95) is over, yesterday was the final day. However, on a fulfilled account that I have, Fargo is $7.48 and it's $8.95 on an unfulfilled account.

Does anyone know how long free shipping will be for? I looked up the info on the website but it didn't have an end date for the free shipping promotion. Also, did anyone else who got those e-mails with the $10 off first web order try to use it lately?

Is there a link for this $10 off?
