Some Weird Funcash Speculation from a CSR...
 

I just got off the phone with a CSR. She told me

1. Preferred accounts may redeem Funcash at any time.

2. Today you can earn triple Funcash on phone orders.

3. "Starting next month, they may change how Funcash is applied to box sets, so you may want to order any box sets before then."

I don't repeat this as if it were gospel. She might have seen my FC balance and figured she could get me to order with her, but she may also have some legitimate information. Time will tell. Of course, with all the Funcash flying about, it seems reasonable to think CH would change their policy, but you think they would have done that at the beginning of the year, before any new Funcash was accumulated. Also, next month is the real Funcash redemption period, so maybe she was just a little bit confused.

So did you order and get triple funcash?

You know, I dont think theyll change their policy. For the most part, it works. I just think they blunddered on this b1g1 offer with double funcash. Its the only reason theres "all the Funcash flying about"

I'm almost POSITIVE she was wrong about point #1. If so, that would lead me to seriously doubt anything else she said.

Point #2 seems to be correct.

I was just offered triple fun cash on a phone order. I asked if the 10% off was good by phone. The CSR said that was online only, but triple fun cash was offered for an order.

I'm still waiting on my fun cash to be fixed (see: "My Fun Cash - Gone" thread) so I did not take advantage of the deal at this time.

I have 2 preferred accounts and I can't redeem.

I was supposed to get Triple FunCash on an order...double checked the math....and CH shorted me $16 in FunCash. Emailed them and they straighten out the problem. But the corrected amount has now showed up in my account. Also please help clear up my confusion on the date in which you can spend your FunCash....I thought is was after April 21st. Is that correct? I am already in Preferred Status with CH. HELP!

No kidding. and I was all set up to get the Buck Rogers and Battlestar Galactica sets. Damn!!
