My order status for my approved account (B5 Season 3 & 4) still shows up saying:
We're sorry! We are unable to display your account information at this time. Please check again later.

I've never had that happen before. When I called up and tried to get the status via the automated order status it acted like I never had an order. I'll be calling tomorrow morning to find out what's up.

I signed up for two accounts, with the first I ordered selections available on the site, the 2nd I ordered B5 S3 & S4. Both of my accounts now say that my order shipped on 1/18/05 on the main page, but if I try to click on details it says the same thing Adrenaline's does (for both accounts). I'm not worried, it looks like my sets are on the way.

I was thinking of ordering Smallville Season 1 to fulfill one of my accounts. The set runs $41.97, but I was planning to use the webdvd $5 discount to bring it down to $36.97. If I do that will it still be counted as 2 fulfillments, or do I actually have to spend the $40 or more after discount?

Thanks!

I've seen that before on a few of my newest accounts. In the past, that went away after the 1st 5-7 days of the account. Guess it's hanging around a little longer now-a-days?

My account is the same way since I was approved on Saturday. However, they charged my card $10.55 and I just received a shipping confirmation this morning. The strange thing is that my order status is still the same.

Edit-Since you did the forced entry method to get Babylon 5 Seasons 3 & 4, I wouldn't call. You might end up screwing yourself if you alert them to your application.

It should still count as two fulfillments. The $5 web coupon should not disqualify it as counting as two towards commitment.

Any chance of getting free shipping any time soon? I want to order a box set to fulfill but would leave my account until free shipping if it might come.

There's free shipping on mine right now...when you buy three as usual. unfortunately, they charge extra shipping for box sets, but don't count them as multiples for the free shipping.

And I got a shipping notice today for an HDL account from last friday.

I just placed an order for Smallville S1 and it still shows that I have to order 2 DVDs to fulfill my commitment. Is this normal? Does it take a little while to update that?

Order just shipped! Got Star Trek:TOS S1 &S2.

I also got approved for the Battlestar Galactica/Sliders account too! Sweet!

I wonder if this means all boxed sets are available?

I highly doubt Columbiahouse wants people doing this. Man, I want so bad to get in on the itemId plan and get the Star Trek OS sets, but this really seem to be suspect and I don't want the potential blacklist.

Heck, I still can't get a *legit* HDL to go through yet (no temp charge yet on yesterday's app) let alone one of these, um, creative ones. Congrats to all who make it work for them!

Yes, this is normal. The committment status won't be updated until your order is processed for shipping.

I've been a good CH customer, spent plenty of money with them. If they didn't want this stuff to go through they wouldn't approve them. It's not like their system is completely automated.

That said, even if this is a "black listable" offense (?), it's worth the risk.

I would expect the general "free shipping for three" promotion to return in February or March. In the meantime, you might get a special free shipping deal in an e-mail or on your account, so keep watch. Unlike brizz above, I don't have free shipping on my HDL account.

Oops...I think I overdid it. I tried an HDL over the weekend and got no response by email to it, so I tried the same order again yesterday...and now there are two $10.67 charges on my credit card.

Before I found this out, I tried another HDL--this time a "creative" one to get seasons 4 and 5 of Dick Van Dyke--and now there's a temp charge on the other credit card I used for that one. I think there might be three sets of boxes wending my way. (The CSR, though, told me I could return the duplicate order back "refused, return to sender," and they would remove the charge from my card. Needless to say, I didn't tell her about the third order.)

How do you force a creative order? Where do you input the serial numbers for the items?

I know it isn't as good as the HDL code, but has anyone gotten a LE5D code accepted yet?
