One Day 60% off with $19.95 purchase
Got this e-mail just now. Any suggestions on some decent deals here? I was thinking of picking up some Universal Hitchcocks and some Columbia Classics titles.

Only by 80 or so cents. If you need some extra title or two for free shipping, you could add 19.95 titles for $7.98. This is good for people like me whose "fulfillment" list is longer than his "enrollment" list.

Anyone else notice that with this deal the 3-for-25 deal is more expensive? I can't quite figure out how to make it stop charging me MORE for the titles in my shopping cart (7.95 if ordered individually, 8.34 at 3-for-25). Am I only going to be able to order two?

Colleen,
I found that if I login to my account directly I get the standard 40% off sale. The only way for me to get the 60% off sale is to go through the email link. Try logging in directly and you should be able to get the 3 for $25 to work.

Hahaha, I'm actually trying to get the 3-for-25 to NOT work. When I have the 60% off sale, it's cheaper to get the titles individually (7.95 each). Grouping them at 3 for 25 (which is done automatically) makes them more expensive!

Hi everyone, I am new to the club BUT I have read most of the FAQ for newbie. What I am interested in is, how did some of the members get their average DVDs to be less than $6.00/disc? The FAQ stated that the average price is around $8.00/disc?
Ruk, Jim, Can you share how you get the average cost so low?

If you use K4BD over the phone, enroll with only three titles, and fulfill with 2 sets of 3 for $25, the average is $5.1633333333. That is almost as good as CYC, which I discovered on a chill December morn.

Wow, thanks fryinpan1 & evitagen for answering my question. I will be doing that then. Another question, on the 3/$25 deal, how limited is the selection? Can you choose anything that is 19.99 or less for the deal?
Thanks again everyone

Some 19.95 titles work, but you must discover them either empirically or by browsing the special 3 for $25 section [click the link on the homepage]. Generally speaking though, all titles with a regular price of 14.95 or less qualify for 3 for $25.
