This is good stuff for those into classic TV. I paid more for mine. They do not mention a cd, but mine also came with a music cd.

Looks like this set is OOP by Timeless Media Group released in 2012, as Shout has the latest release in 2018 that is sold out.
good deal as both sets are way over $100 with the latter being closer to $200,

Also looks like it does not come with subs or CC. But I got to ask does it come with either?

Not that I remember. Again, mine came with a nice Mancini cd; that isn't mentioned with this one which is otherwise identical. Picture quality is very good for TV this old.
