There are no listing for new releases this week. None. Not even "Project Blue Book: Season 2" DVD.

Target usually pushes more media sales as we near Father's Day. It's looking fairly dire at this point. I'm guessing they phase out DVDs and BDs almost entirely by 2021.

Was at Target and no much for me to get B2G1F. SW:RofS dvd was $14,99. Bluray was 20.99. Jumanji The Next Level amd Birds of Prey (blu dvd digital) 14.99. There were also some Disney movies on sale.
Will see if Best Buy have any better deals later this week

I bought a bunch of cheap DVDs from Targets website a couple weeks ago, and I notice that all those cheap dvds I bought went up in price for this sale.

every movie i looked up almost doubled in price... so yeah, this sale sucks and is a scam. a couple of examples:

It depends on what you want. I got several good deals with items priced the same as or less than current Amazon and WM prices before the discount applied. Like with any "sale" you have to know the "regular" price going in. Often the increased prices are the result of on sale going off the same time a special sale begins. People tend to ignore or dismiss such events. You see it all the time in deepdiscount deal threads.

People tend to use Target's sale for items that rarely go on sale like Shout Factory discs.

I have got dvds from target before if in any and check the area. but since got a walmart close by it is like target to me so i save hassle having to fly across town so to speak just to grab a movie i can just walk to one and still get good movies. so i happy we have a wm finally on this side of town and if was reverse then still be nice.
