I wonder if something's up with the "Reign of the Supermen" DVD? Netflix (the DVD/BD rental operation, not the streaming) doesn't currently have a slot for it, and my county library, -which carried "The Death of Superman" DVD, - doesn't seem to have ordered it either.

There is no DVD only release of Reign of The Supermen. It is being released as a combo pack Blu-ray only.
This was also how Constantine: City of Demons was released. Seems like a new trend.
