Some good deals, but I don't see anything that demands to be taken home. And no listing for "Dominion" season one.

Lots of titles, but nothing that would get me into the store. I think the holiday DVD buying season is going to end with a whimper, much like it began.

Re: Target DVD prices (December 21st - 24th, 2014)

Thanks for the info, though nothing here excites me either. Maybe if the Grimm S3 BR is close to the DVD in price then I'll pick that up (I'd prefer to be buying the dvd, but the extras pull me the other way on this one).

I am concerned in that this week most (or maybe all?) the ABC TV titles are on sale in store, but at $30. Looks like at least a couple will be $2 less here, which I really hope isn't the "sale" I've been waiting on. I can continue to wait, but I'd like to finally add at least a couple like Castle Season 6.

Speaking of TV under $20, it looks like WBshop finally has lowered the prices from $17.19 to $19.99 on a few 2014 releases that I haven't really seen on sale elsewhere, such as Revolution S2, The Originals S1 and also a couple that match these, such as Supernatural S9 and Arrow S2 at $19.99.

Too rich for my blood. The day I will pay $20+ for a TV series is gone. I am spoiled by the Black Friday specials of $8 to $10 and stock up accordingly until the next years Black Friday specials. Besides if one waits long enough, Wal Mart, Target, Big Lots, and other box stores will introduce brand new dated TV sets for $7 to $10. I have a chain Cash converter and mom & pop pawn shop type store in which I have been lucky enough to purchase used TV sets in the $4 to $11 range. Who needs to pay for subscription TV, and I will eventually find out what it is like to download to a DVR on demand subscription service.

I think you meant to say lowering their prices from 19.99 to 17.19, unless I'm missing something here in the translation.

Sorry, that should have been clearer. The sale prices I'm talking about range from $17.19 to $19.99 (depending on the title), as compared to the $35, $40, etc. that I have been seeing whenever I've previously checked them on the site. In the case of some like Revolution S2 and Originals S1, this is the first that I've seen them under $20 anywhere.
