A coupon has popped up that is only good at Target this Saturday. Spend $75 and get a 20% off coupon good for any purchase the next week. It's a similar deal to what they had last year.

Keep in mind, this is a Disney product, and the price might not go down by all that much.

Sorry, I don't. They ran this promotion last year, I can't remember if videogame consoles were specifically excluded or not. I think Target gift cards were excluded.

Me too. And Cap 2. And Iron Man 3. And several of their TV seasons from this year....and so I'm probably just going to go ahead and buy GotG. I never saw it in theaters, and avoiding spoilers has been tricky a couple of times.

Thanks. I'll get the coupon and even if I cannot use it on a PS4, I should be able to save an extra 4 bucks off of the GOTG 3D Blu-ray.

I think the only two Marvel movies that really dropped in price were Iron Man and Incredible Hulk. Even used the others stay pricey.

Has the target exclusive Dawn of the planet of the apes blu with action figure turned up in store? I've had it preordered on the web site since early Oct. My order shows no progress and now the free figure is gone from the site. Does anyone have any details?

I've been to five stores (my brother to two in another state) & none of the employees know anything about it, and all have told me they didn't receive it. One employee told me he was unaware, but he believed it must have been pre order only, which I believed until your post, now I'm thinking it was either delayed or cancelled. Blu-ray.com removed the release date but still list it.

I received my package from target today. It was a very large box for what the contents should be. It contained just the carded action figure but not the Dawn of the planet of the apes blu ray. I'm sure the disc will arrive soon. So the figures are being shipped.

That action figure was previously available years ago.

I guess they're trying to get rid of an overstock.

What I would like to get is the eight inch action figure of Col. George Taylor; not a doll - action figure from NECA. Chuck is dressed in his ANSA space suit, complete with his gear case. Or better yet the same toy by Slideshow Collectiables, that's super detailed and also comes with gear case; way too expensive. But it comes with a figure stand.
