I have the Image Ed Wood Box. Do I need this one (superior quality, &/or the films I've never heard of being worth watching)?

There is some duplication of Wood's best known films, but this set has a LOT of stuff the other one doesn't. Depends on how much of a completist you care to be with the man's work, really. And the price is a steal -- this has never gone below $26 or so.
