Viz Media is supposedly reducing the MSRPs from $69.97 to $24.98 on September 18th. So it's basically getting double discounts on the sets. There is also possibility that Viz may change the packaging (from digipak to something cheaper) while keeping the same SKU/UPC.

Walmart.com has the right product but with the wrong MSRP. Amazon.com is charging the full MSRP right now. Walmart.com right is obviously cheaper and so far Amazon.com is not pricematching them.

I've noticed that Amazon will drop their prices right before a new DVD is released, giving the illusion that you're buying it "cheap" compared to the original price. Just add the Digimon Season One set to your Amazon wish list and watch the prices to see if it drops when it's released.

I also got all my InuYasha DVD sets the other day. Yay! So glad I got in on this deal before the extended deadline ^_^
