I already have 3 of these movies(vertigo,rear window,psycho) in special 2 disc versions each but for this price I think I'm going to bite 11 movies for 52 bucks

Hmmm, this is very tempting. I would still have to find another Hitchcock set to get some other movies like Dial M For Murder/North by Northwest/etc.

I just wish they could go to with 1 whole set, but with different studios that is likely to not happen.

This must be a seasonal thing for Amazon. Last October they had it for $50.99. This October for $52.49 (inflation I guess). There are some great movies in it, but I've already got many of them and can't justify it, plus I'm not in much of a DVD buying mode any more. I lean towards BDs... except for occasional $3 Big Lots DVDs.

I've been tempted by this deal numerous times, but I agree, I'm not in as much of a collecting mood as I used to be, and I already own the big ones that have the most replay value for me (Vertigo, Rear Window, Psycho, The Man Who Knew Too Much). It's almost like I'd be buying the set just to own Saboteur...
