this may be ymmv but my best buy had coupons for damages season 3 out with the new releases, the coupon is for $10 off and damages is on sale for $19.99.

I got it for $10 as well last Tuesday. I meant to make a thread or at least post about it in one of the BB threads, but it totally slipped my mind. I tried using one of the $5 coupons first to bring it down to $14.99 before using the $10 coupon, but the computer cancels out the $10 coupon.

If you don't mind, would someone please tell me where the coupons are located? I saw Damages at BB for $19.99 and was considering buying with the $5 off coupon, but I'd love to get it for $9.99.

Perhaps I wasn't specific enough with my request.

Are the coupons hanging in front of the Damages sets? Are they on the endcap by the new releases? I picked up a Damages 3 set last week to examine it & didn't see any coupons anywhere nearby.

Sorry if it appeared that I didn't read the earlier posts or am just dense, but the point is that I didn't see any coupons anywhere near the new release section. I suppose I can always go & ask a sales rep if no one here can answer my question.

I looked ALL over as well. I even asked, if they had coupons to display, where would the be. Nobody had any idea. If anyone could snag a few extras and mail them out to people that would be awesome. Please let me know.

I also didnt appreciate getting hassled about the $5 coupon when I tried to buy Limitless. This is why I haven't been to Best Buy in over a year.

You shouldn't be upset about being hassled for using a coupon for which it was not intended. The coupon isn't suppose to apply to sale items so you should consider yourself lucky if you get to use it at all.

I found the $10 coupon for Damages. One of the stores in Madison didn't have any but the other did.

Damages S3 for $10 is quite a deal. I would have bought it for $15 with the $5 off coupon.

Well, I think we've learned from this thread that some stores had $10 off coupons somewhere in the store near the new releases...perhaps hidden in a clothes dryer.

I'll probably get it for $15 + tax with the $5 off coupon (if it applies...it works on most things but was denied on a $14.99 Bob Dylan Don't Look Back BD). Sort of hate to, though, after seeing a 2-pack of Seasons 1 & 2 at Target for $15.

If the store has them they should be on top of the New Arrival rack that has DVDs on one side and BDs on the other. They were right above the copies of Damages on that rack.

My guess is that all stores got them and some didn't realize what they were and didn't put them out.

Or they did realize what they were and didn't put them out.

I REALLY want to get this at that price. This mixed the the Target 2 pack for 16.99 is an amazing deal. I'm pissed my store didn't put them out.

Well, I found the coupons but they weren't in the new release section. They were at that "customer service/ checkout" counter in the TV department. There was a small cardboard display for Damages season 3 with the DVDs and coupons on top of the counter.

I was almost ready to leave because I couldn't find them, and I happened to glance over in that direction. Thanks OP! Never would have known about this deal otherwise.

Thanks for the info. I may try looking there when I go back before Sat. I was in yesterday, couldn't find any, and asked at the service desk & checkout up front. Two different clerks tried looking them up on computer (and one called back to tv dept.), but nobody knew anything about any coupon.

One clerk said that only selected stores got some promotions at times (as a poster indicated above). Not too happy about that, especially since I specifically gave BB some business over Amazon due to the BB's recent $5 off coupon combined with sales. Didn't complain or anything to anybody at store, but I'd like to see promotions applied universally. It reminds me of B&N's select sending of coupons to customers who don't order as much, or cable companies offering better deals to entice new customers rather than rewarding older, loyal customers.
