I just got my first real bad item from Secondspin.com

They sent me some kind of Asian knock off of Paradine Case. They advertised it as the USA version on their site. I hope this doesn't mean they can't be trusted anymore. I just contacted them and hope to resolve this.

I've been ordering around twice a month from SS, and this only happened to me recently. The entry for 1990: Bronx Warriors listed on their site is the Media Blasters version, but the copy they sent me was a cheap knock-off that wouldn't have cost five bucks new. The UPC's didn't even match up, so it wasn't a inventory issue. I believe the orders are fulfilled by the brick and mortar stores in FYE network, so occasionally you get some uncaring schmoe tossing the wrong product into your shipment.

Thing is, SecondSpin refunded my money and sent me a packing slip to return the film at their cost. Would have preferred to have the movie, but it was a hassle-free resolution.

I havn't bought much from Secondspin.com lately.

On one order I did over a year ago,one dvd I received had the right case but wrong disc.
they sent A replacement movie at no cost.

Also I just ordered A OOP Criterion that came and was not the right one.
They only have CS by email now too,so we'll see how that works out.

Most of my past orders have been right though.
They have a code for save $10 off $40 right now.
