Nice price drop on this series (shown on PBS). I saw it a couple weeks ago at Costco for $59.99 and almost bought it.

Great series. There's a slick-looking R2 release from Amazon UK that will run about $30 before shipping.

I picked up the R2 version in a second-hand store for $10. I loved the first season (with Pertwee as the Sheriff). Later episodes just didn't have the same chemistry, but still some interesting stories. The retail on this domestically is just outrageous. Even at $47 I still think it's a bit steep...but at least it's getting into the ballpark of reasonable. Peter
