got the Elm Street collection and James Dean sets for $20.96 shipped, a little better than WB shop by a few dollars.

I ordered Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind Blu-ray on Amazon this morning for $10.50, now Target has it for $8. Too late to cancel it too.

Subtotals indicate that it is 2-for-$16. Just have to find the right combinations sometimes.

Thanks. I tried it again and it worked. I bought it and 5 other BDs I don't really need. Another OCD moment.

Is this is reason The Office Season 6 is out of stock?

I could not find Battlestar Galactica Season One DVD. Is it gone?

Re: Target CyberMonday Movies (2 for $16 TV Series & BR)

Had a problem ... had Wizard of Oz and Battlestar Galactica 2, 2.5, 3, and two copies of 4.5 (figured I can exchange one somewhere for 4.0) and the total was coming out to $68 and some change. Had multiple problems with the shipping screens ... gave up and closed it out. Re-opened and it all looks OK now ($48 total). Trying to convince myself to finish up the transaction ... wrapping up watching BSG on Netlfix and wondering if I will ever sit and watch it again ...

IMO, their site is not very user friendly. Horrible search/browsing, repetitive shipping screens, etc.

[QUOTE=thejester;10518186]You can use this coupon multiple times - you just have to checkout as a "Guest" - and not be logged into your account.

Thank you for the tip as I could not get the code to work on my second order, since I placed the first one quickly before the items were "out of stock" like other dvd's that disappeared before I could checkout..

Ordered:
Desperate Housewives 1,2,3,4, & 5
Ugly Betty S2
Greek S2 & 3
Eureka 1 & 2

I really can't believe the deals on these sets! I wish they would restock their titles again before the deal expires..wishful thinking...

Re: Target CyberMonday Movies (2 for $16 TV Series & BR)

Seems to be a limit to what I said - about guest account - or combinations I was trying wouldn't work. Was only getting $1.98 discount. Oh well, once is enough - at least for $48 sub-total.

I know the feeling. I didn't NEED any of the 24 titles I bought today, but darn it, I can't pass up a good bargain! I'll just add them into my rack of hundreds of unwatched DVD/BD's that I'll watch by the time I die...

When I tried to order at 9 pm only the first two seasons of DH were still listed - and season one was gone before I could complete the order. I figured the first five seasons must have been on sale after trying to pull up the show in a search and only coming up with season two and a full price season six.

I agree with many previous posters Target sure makes you jump through a lot of loops to find out if the discount is applied, if you'll be charged postage, etc. and I've also found once you go back into the sale page it empties out your cart!! Also had a problem just pulling up the sale pages earlier - maybe due to a lot of page hits?

Answering earlier posters, yes it appears with the code all of the items on those pages will be 2 for 16.00 - also postage is apparently free for orders of four or more but there is a postage charge when ordering just two.

It is surprising some of the titles that are selling out - and some that aren't.

I think this is simply because Target's free shipping threshold is $50 and is factored in before the discount is given.

We will be saving all of our BF CM spendings if Amazon follows this trend and start pulling the same BS on us.

Is target.com on Pacific time like Amazon? I was wondering what time this deal ends?

Re: Target CyberMonday Movies (2 for $16 TV Series & BR)

I really hate this site...I even hate it more that I didn't notice this great special this morning and quite a few of the really good titles I would have liked to have are out of stock (I'm talking to you Kill Bill & Psycho!) I even had Psycho in my cart, went to check out and out of stock.

None-the-less, a pretty good take for $44.93 shipped and including tax:
- Legend of the Seeker S1
- Blind Side
- Miracle
- Fight Club
- Beetlejuice digibook (not sure how this is different)

I had some others that I deleted from the cart, no need to have something just to have it.

Thanks OP!

Re: Target CyberMonday Movies (2 for $16 TV Series & BR)

It's 10:30pm on the West Coast, and the deal does not appear to be working... which is fine. I felt a little funny trying to give Target some money after writing them an "OMG I'M NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!!1!" email yesterday over the LOTR fiasco. lol.

I'm going to grab Pinky and the Brain vol. 1 and 3 and Animaniacs vol. 2 and 3. Comes out cheaper than the WBshop deal. $32 + tax is a great deal on all this stuff.
Thanks for posting that expanded list. Got Animaniacs Vol 3 (no season 1 or Pinky and the Brain 1 and 3 ), It's Always Sunny Christmas special w/ Coasters, and JAG Season 3 and 4. $8.70 each after tax.

Re: Target CyberMonday Movies (2 for $16 TV Series & BR)

I decided to buy a few more items before the sale ended (Which I'm guessing was 12 am pst):

Ugly Betty Season 2
Marx Brothers collection (saw this at my dad's house with the $55.xx Best Buy sticker on it; getting it for a friend for Christmas).

I remembered I had a $25 in my purse, so used that as payment; I was charged shipping this time, as I ordered only two dvd's.
