My also arrived and thankfully it is in perfect condition. It was actually packed pretty nicely. Now the question is how do I find a free month to watch Ll of it?

I'm still considering some kind of Borg cube to fit into the square holder Here's a paper one someone made that can be downloaded.

Re: (DEAD) Star Trek TNG: Complete Series $69.99 at gohastings.com
I ordered this ST:TNG 3 different times on 3 different days at the $69.99 price when it showed in stock, and all 3 got canceled. I later read on some SD threads about GoHastings that it's just they way their (crap IMHO) inventory system is. Apparently their order and inventory systems aren't in sync and they'll sell way more than they have, then their inventory system goes through existing orders periodically and cancels enough orders to match their inventory, then more come in stock, they reenable the item on the web page, people place too many orders again, their inventory system goes through and cancels excess orders again, and the vicious cycle repeats...
So getting your order to go through is total luck depending on where your order lands during the cancelation phase. Who knows in what order they start canceling (working backwards would be fairest but who says anything in life is fair). At least that's what I gathered from some GoHastings discussions. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
At least knowing this I can understand that placing a GoHastings order on a popular item is like playing the lottery. The cost is your time to place the order. The reward is possibly getting your item.

If you had gotten in on this deal, it would still have been like playing the lottery with GoHastings. And if they ever have this deal again, it will still be like playing the lottery if the price is good.

I just don't understand why they are so quick to cancel orders. I placed one a few days ago on their B1G1F sale and within 2 hours, they canceled the two games. The games were back in stock the next day.

From what people have said here, it sounds like they're shipped from individual stores, so it may just depend on what the ones closest to you have in stock.

Does anyone know if this set has been liquidated to wholesalers or something? Wondering why all the sales at gohastings lately.

Thanks to those posting updates on this thread. I got in at $99.99, and have an order confirmation. Maybe it will be canceled, but at least I've got a shot.

The page still comes up for me, with the $99.99 price and ships in 48 hours.
ETA: The site seems to be running a bit slowly, though. I can still add it to my cart, but it says that, due to demand, there's a limit of 2 per order when I try to add a bunch to my cart.
