What are the odds of a Sony complete set being issued soon? I have been waiting for a deal like this to buy, but I am worried about a complete set with a bonus disk or something already in the works.

It's Sony so the chances are really good but the price probably wont be as low for this. I'm really tempted myself... decisions, decisions.

Yeah, like commentary on each short by Shemp, Curly, Moe, and Larry... I wouldn't count on any extra material, even if a complete set is ever produced... I suppose Leonard Maltin could have a new featurette or something, but there doubtfully would be new Stooges material...

It seems possible that they would include some documentary type material as a bonus. I am sure they have plenty to draw from should they want to. Even if a complete set is produced I don't think it would be this low for a while. So, my only real holdup is any possible bonus features included.

What could they possibly come up with that hasn't already been seen before? MGM owns all of the "Lost Episodes" and there have been so many documentaries and books already about the boys. Other than some solo shorts by Shemp or Besser (which should be released separately anyway) there isn't much more to say about the stooges.

I wonder if Sony is planning on releasing a set containing the full length feature films.
