Judging by the lack of posts, when a show goes cold, it's cold. I probably would have bit on this a few years ago, like a lot of others, but now, who needs friends? Maybe it will plummet even further.

The thing is that is probably cheaper to get the individual seasons than buying this humongous set which doesn't fit that well into DVD shelves.

Friends, and many other shows in syndication, get so much screen time these days that you can almost watch them at will on the tele.

True but usually you can get a much better PQ on DVD, BUT not with the Friends set! PQ is mediocre at best-

And then at some point those ubiquitous shows become invisible - MASH, Mary Tyler Moore, Dick Van Dyke, All in the Family - and the only way seems to be DVD or Hulu. Really a shame that cable doesnt support older shows. My 11 and 14 year old sons enjoy MASH, Green Acres, Bob Newhart, and Hogan's Heroes on DVD. You would think that thier would still be ad revenue from these shows.

I found this in pretty good condition for $40 at a pawn shop. YMMV. lol.
