Might have to jump on this....I've never seen it sub-$30.

Just wanted to add that Centennial: The Complete Series is now 23.99 at Amazon. For those of us that have been grabbing gift sets from Ross and elsewhere to include How the West Was Won Ultimate Collector's edition, this is a great bookend. The Centennial mini series based on James Michener's best seller, 6 disc, 26+ hours, hasn't been cheaper in over a year. I've been watching it for a while and snapped it up today.

I sat and stared at this thing in my wish list for 3 months before pulling the trigger. The price never moved after the last drop. Not that I was waiting for anything lower on this set, but it's goofy how some of their prices bounce all over the place and others drop and stay dropped. Figured I'd see the price back up one day and smack myself in the head for waiting too long.

I've noticed this too. I wonder what criteria they use to raise/lower prices, and how often the prices are tracked before a decision to raise/lower is arrived at.
