Just to play it safe I took a print out of a screen snap of their webpage with today's date.

$27.50 very nice. And all eight discs are mint.

Today turned into an expensive day for me, but I'm happy.

I think at best I've only seen half of this series and missed both TV movies.

I'm laughing at everyone who wound up with multiple copies of this trying to get the best price. Isn't everyone aware by now about Amazon's pre-order guarantee? They're great with matching the best price out there on release day, and you're ultimately charged whatever the lowest price is.

My copy shipped this weekend from Amazon for $45, but since the lowest price on release day is $27.99, I know in a day or two I'll be refunded the difference. It works every time, and I don't have to scour the ads for all the big B&M stores- Amazon does it for me and matches the best price.

I always imagined that I'd love it, given the B&B beginnings and the positive reviews. But I watched a few clips and youtube and didn't like any of them. Maybe I just picked bad clips, but it's probably not for me. I have plenty on tap for August's Animation Challenge already.

They are good about it (and I know it's worked in my favor plenty of times!), but there are also those cases with non-mainstream releases (or these unpublished sales) that they never match and you end up paying a good chunk more. I was very surprised they matched this one (and wish I had waited to order from them instead of BB!).
