its the new millcreek re-release with all 13 episodes on 2 discs

correct mill creek, dunno if video quality is any difference as I haven't watched em yet.

it can be less vid quality from mill creek as they cram more episodes on 1 disc with lower bitrate. thanks for clarifying.
