Tables complete.

Current Coupons Linked Below

Here are DVDTalk threads about the Toy Story $5 coupons, $10 coupons, and $8 coupons. Also pre-order both Toy Story combo packs at Toys-R-Us in-store before Tuesday and get $20 (supposed to be $15, but glitching to $20) off any other Disney title, and TRU will be the best place to buy them anyway.

I'm so happy I was one of the lucky few to get Mad Men season 3 at overstock for the insanely cheap price.

Good to see a few of you got it at that price. But it will very likely be that cheap again, definitely by Black Friday.

Target has an exclusive on Toy Story 1 & 2; they each include an exclusive DVD game. I doubt anyone will care about these, but the larger point is that since they're advertised that way, you'll have a much harder (if not impossible) time getting anyone to price-match Target.

Edit: I see this is noted in the Price Exclusive column. I sure wish they'd taught me to read when I was in school.

Hmm, so are the Toysrus prices for both the toy story movies the cheapest now if you buy them together?

If you're going to price match, use the TRU ad if possible, $16.99 each.

Yes, I've edited the table to make that more clear.

Also, TRU is generally the best about multiple coupons, plus they have that pre-order deal.

What exactly is the preorder deal, I can't find any exact information on it. I plan on using the 5 dollar coupons that I printed online, I don't have the original dvds so I can't do the 8 dollar rebate ones. I'm just trying to figure out my cheapest option and how to get it.

I can't help you with the $8.00 coupons, but would $10.00 coupons interest you? Here's what you do. I assume you have a Disney Movie Rewards account. Sign in, and where it asks you to enter a code, you can enter the UPC code from any previous Toy Story or Toy Story 2 release (even VHS) and that unlocks a $10 off coupon. And, since the UPC information isn't copy-specific and you can easily get it anywhere online, I'll save you the trouble.

Oh wow, thanks a whole bunch. Wasn't a member but am now. Don't usually buy too many disney dvds, but now it should be worth it. Hopefully Toysrus will let you stack the $10 and $5 dollar coupons from disney.

Don't get greedy! These coupons have been a hassle for stores since Disney started them last year. If too many stores complain about people trying to stack a ton of coupons, they might quit offering them to keep the retailers happy. I mean, when did $20 in two coupons stop being good enough for us?

Oh I'm not one of those people that feels these coupons are owed to me. I just plan on bringing them to see if they'll accept them. If they do, then hurray. If they don't, then I saved $20 and i'm fine with it. I won't go fighting with management like i've heard of some people doing on this forum.

Not sure if I can explain it any better than what i wrote already. Preorder both titles and get $20 off any other Disney title right then.

Oh, lol, I guess it would help if I finished reading all the posts before mine. Hmmm, I hope they're still doing preorders tomorrow. Hopefully get either Cars on dvd or the Monsters Inc. blu-ray.

Re: New Release Price Comparisons - Week of 3/21/10 to 3/27/10

Attention New Englanders: Brothers is going to be $17.99 at Newbury Comics!

I was going to hold off on buying it until the price dropped, but if I can support my favorite store while getting it at the cheapest price for release week, I think I'm going to go for it!

Price is not the same online.

SD or BD? I'm thinking it was that price for BD at mine, didn't look too closely, waiting on that one.

You're welcome. You did an excellent job already!

I'll try to keep it current depending on how often we get more coupons...hopefully more than less
