Well I went to my local sams club but they did not have it. I was thinking about purchasing from Amazon but I wanted to see if it was cheaper anywhere else.

When the original set goes sub-$100, I will probably bite. Although, the fact that they're releasing them on Blu-ray makes me think I should wait for that.

Well the whole set on blu-ray is gonna cost a small fortune so im not interested in that.

I'd wait. With them being put on Blu-Ray, there's a good chance some company is going to start offloading the entire series cheaply to make room or to simply get them off the shelves. HBO DVDs are horribly expensive for what they are and a lot of them collect dust. Honestly, there's been a few years between the hey day of HBO shows and sooner or later they're going to have start dropping in price.

It'll probably happen this year, I imagine. I don't have any insider knowledge, but as a collector for a decade or so it's hard to see HBO justifying the pricing for very much longer.

eBay. You would save $60 (after tax) over Sam's and even more over Amazon's price.

Man, I forgot all about eBay. Those are pretty good prices for what I'm looking for. Might have to start looking around there, screw waiting for Blu-ray.

hey i would stay away from ebay on the box sets because 95% of them are bootlegs

Allright, I see the bootleg angle now, but you can buy legit sets for a lot cheaper than new.

you can buy 10 pcs in bulk and share it with your friends,and this will save much cost.
