Looks like Season 1 & 2 were shortened seasons and were combined into one package for this set -- look at the red package shows both seasons in it.

Ugggh. I already have 1-5. I can never seem to find a good price on season 6 alone and this is the one show that NEVER seems to drop in price.

I'm almost in the same situation, except I can never find season 5 cheap to finish off my collection. Wish I held out until the complete series release since it has been on sale several times, and could have completed the series collection much sooner and cheaper.

Season 5 is the hardest to find cheap. I got lucky when I found a mint condition copy at a local used CD store for only $15.

Season 6 often shows-up at Target for $19.99.

Very, very tempting..... but Amazon is killing me with all these deals! I just ordered all the seasons of BSG yesterday from them for around $100..... and now this deal today..... its not the money so much, but finding the time to watch all of these!

Update: I went ahead and ordered this..... too good of a deal to pass up. Now just have to figure how to squeeze these into my already overbooked watching schedule.

There is a complete collect set out (all the seasons put inside a messenger bag)... This looks like just the regular sets bundled together.

It appears the complete series bag set is no longer available at Amazon. I've seen the bag sets in stores and prefer regular set packaging over it.

I paid $110 about 13 months ago. I find the packaging in the bag annoying.

I wouldn't buy these individual season sets. These sets were notoriously known for having problems with "skipping" and "pausing" in various DVD players.

I was able to purchase the complete series set from Barnes and Noble.com a few years back for around $100, which had the corrected DVD's and with double sided disk replaced with single sided disks.

Unfortunately, the majority of retailers have stopped selling Northern Exposure The Complete Series set, the one that is packaged with a shoulder bag/carrying bag and it's not known if Universal plans on producing more of those sets.
