It actually sucks there is a best buy exclusive for Lost. I was all set to go with the "Dharma Initiative Orientation Kit " bluray for season 5.....which is 89.99.

Last year it was $89 at BB so that's a good deal at $99, but BB will likely have another 50% off HBO sale before Christmas so I'd wait.

Once they put the "on sale" logo next to the price, that's usually the price the week of release.

from my experience, only tarjay does that in their ads. they always state a "deluxe" edition, which is sometimes the regular 2-disk special edition and sometimes an actual exclusive.

generally, if bestbuy states some sort of exclusive, it usually is. but once in a while, they advertise them inaccurately.

The third exclusive for season five is a foil/holographic slipcover. The bonus disc is packed on the back - as part of the packaging along with the luggage tag. You can't remove it, unlike past bonus discs. The slot has a divider for the tag and disc. I took mine out and will place it in a CD envelope.

It's a 4-part documentary, just under 32 minutes long. It's actually a 3-disc set. Disc 1 is the Blu-ray or DVD, Disc 2 is the Digital Copy disc, and Disc 3 is the Bonus DVD (it's a DVD no matter which edition you buy).

That's because that's not what the poster said:

"Disc 1 is EITHER {added for clarity} the Blu-ray or DVD, Disc 2 is the Digital Copy disc, and Disc 3 is the Bonus DVD (it's a DVD no matter which edition you buy {meaning the Best Buy-exclusive bonus disc is a DVD, not a BD, regardless of whether it is included in the BD package or the DVD package})."

So the Best Buy-exclusive BD version has 3 discs -- (1) the BD of the film + extras, (2) the Digital Copy and (3) the Best Buy bonus DVD. And the Best Buy-exclusive Deluxe DVD set has 3 discs -- (1) the DVD of the film + extras, (2) the Digital Copy and (3) the Best Buy bonus DVD.

Hope this clears up any confusion!
