Went to Wally World at 6a for some BD, but selection was picked over. Was looking for Galdiator and Braveheart. Was the quantities the same everywhere? Went home and ordered them on Amazon.

just got back from Walmart- obviously WAY past 'door buster' hours but the sales were still on.

slim pickens, but I did pick up "f13-extended cut" which was marked with a Yellow sticker, indicating it was $5.

When I checked out it rang up as '$1 rental plan'. ? I told the cashier that I purchased a DVD, not a rental plan. She said 'i scanned what you gave me sir.. This is the price.'

So i got F13 for $1.

Then i wondered if ALL the yellow stickers were mistagged? but I had 2 hungry children with me and had to leave.

But that was definitely a nice surprise.

I stopped in @ Walmart around 4:30 PM and there was absolutely NOTHING left. Even the displays were gone!

At 3:30 PM, my Wal-Mart had some red displays still up for movies, clothing and a few minor other things. It was just the picked over stuff, though. The really good doorbuster DVDs and stuff like flash cards/drives were all lying in random buggies around the store of returns and misplaced merchandise.

I didn't see any in the BD display at Wal-Mart and I was one of three people that was around when they let people start getting stuff. For some reason, this display was not close to the standard dvds. So, I went and pulled a copy of Gladiator off the shelf and it rang up at $10. Here's what I got all on BD:

Glad I waited and didn't buy online with $5 shipping added. Got to Best Buy in Evansville, IN around 4pm and they still had tons of sale items in stock - DVD, BD, Blu-Ray players, TV's, etc... Store was still crowded and check out lines were long, so I think they did a great job of stocking up for the sale, rather than items simply not selling well.

Technically the only door buster I got was the PS3 bundle at Best Buy. 1 of about 20. Showed up at 3:30am and the line was already around the building. I'm happy to finally have a Blu Ray player
