Geez secondspins packing is horribly annoying to open. Heat sealed bubble mailers, added shrinkwrap, and stickers! I had to rip the mailer to shreds to even get at each dvd.

The two dvds I ordered are top notch though once I got passed the packing material designed by the space devil.

I found Small Wonder Season 1 yesterday, which is odd since it came out on Tuesday. Same thing happened to me back when Mr. Belvedere Season 1 was released. I got that for $15 shipped and a couple of Anime Art Box sets for about $2 a piece.

Wow, they must accept discs in any condition now. Here is a breakdown of my order(s).

Bad Boys - The disc had someone's name written on it in permanent marker. They shipped me a replacement.

Scream - The disc was scratched pretty badly. Replacement sent.

Vulgar (Theatrical Release Edition) - The disc popped loose during shipping (not their fault). They couldn't ship me a replacement because it was the last copy they had. Received credit.

Drawing Flies - Their website showed one in stock. I ordered it and that order was cancelled for some reason. Their site still shows one in stock.

Cabin Fever (Limited Edition) - Excellent condition.

The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou (I need the first disc to replace mine which somehow got scratched all to hell) - The disc I received was scratched worse than the copy I have. I was afraid to ask for a replacement after having to do that for the majority of what I've already ordered. I figured they would think I was lying.

An Evening With Kevin Smith - Excellent condition.

Austin Powers in Goldmember - Excellent condition.

Dead To Rights (Xbox) - Excellent condition.

Dead To Rights II: Hell To Pay (Xbox) - Scratched badly. Once again, afraid to ask for a replacement for fear of them thinking I'm lying about the condition.

It just seems like it was hit or miss (more miss) this time. In the past, the discs I ordered from them were in perfect condition. I guess they lowered their standards for something. Regardless, I don't think I'll be ordering from them too often in the future.

I will probably still email them about replacements for the ones that I haven't, but I am a little hesitant.

I got my orders and there was one mix up. I ordered the Casanegra version of Brainiac but received the Alpha Digital bargain disc of it. I'm sure it'll be no big deal to fix though. Second Spin's return center has always been pretty easy to deal with and I come to expect at least one mix up when placing a larger order. A tradeoff for getting so many movies for cheap I suppose.
