On second thought, I was wondering If this would be on Blu-ray soon.

Anchor Bay seems to be converting a lot of their releases to Blu, maybe in the near future they will do the same for this.

Just read that in the UK, the Ultimate Edition of this is getting the Blu treatment, might hold off until the US gets it also.

Damn good price though, still debating....

^ I'd watch the theatrical version first. It's Romero's preferred cut - and my favorite as well.

The European version removes most of the humor and ups the gore. The extended version had some nice moments you don't see in the theatrical cut, but it doesn't flow quite as well, IMO.
