I still have not received my first order (shipped 7/18). DD customer service said that they can't ship a replacement order under next Thursday (8/6). I really hope it shows up before then.

Yeah they definitely don't send dvd's free of charge. I've had a similar situation and they credit $XX.XX and charge $XX.XX again after they ship out the dvd's again.
