Best Buy Question

Twice in like 3 months I have seen Best Buy put the Babylon 5 seasons on sale @ 19.99 each. The second time I was able to afford 3 of them. Anyone know how often they do this with these sets?

In my experience its very random. You can also get them for 19.99 at Sam's club right now.
