I freaking hate it when they don't have any exclusives but appreciate all your hard work! Hopefully they'll have a few exclusives on 6/2 being that's a release day I'm really looking forward to!

Both. Prices are from either the websites, or the printed flyers.

All brick and mortar store prices are YMMV of course, Walmarts across the street from each other may have very different prices. So the prices you see in stores may be higher or lower than what is in the printed ads or websites. But if the prices in your store are higher, you can always ask them to match their printed prices of course.
