FYI,
In case anyone is interested, just got back from Walmart and they have the Star Trek Animated Series for $14.99 for the four disc set in the plastic case.

Dang, just bought this at Amazon for 18.99. I guess with tax/gas, it's not much different. (but I wouldn't have bought something I only kinda wanted to qualify for free shipping at Walmart )

This is the price on the shelf tag. Unfortunately, they had none in stock.
This Walmart is remodeling though with a lot of gaps. I'll check some others during the weekend.

Picked this up in Williston, VT....good catch OP!
While there I noticed that Star Trek:Borg Collective (14 borg episodes) was $13.00 (grabbed the last) and that they also had the HD DVD/DVD flippers of TOS for $50.00 (already have).

picked one up yesterday ... they had 2 after I bought one. It looked like they were just putting them out and I was looking for the 2-packs (which they didn't have).
Anyway seemed like a decent deal ... and I really have been wanting this.

Stopped by mine last night and the space was empty but an employee was nice enough to scan the tag and find they had 2 in stock and found one in the back.

Re: Star Trek Animated Series @ Walmart $14.99 (YMMV?)
My wife and I really loved this set. If anyone's on the fence about it, I can say that the writing was at least as good as the third season of its live action predecessor. There are really only a few drawbacks (dated animation, some voice talent re-used for multiple characters). Highly recommended.
Now, someone mentioned the Borg volume of the Fan Collectives for $13. Has anyone seen any of the others in this price range? The Borg is the only one I have.

Re: Star Trek Animated Series @ Walmart $14.99 (YMMV?)
Thank you OP. I stopped by my local Super Walmart and there they were for $14.96. I haven't been buying DVDs since going hi-def but I am guessing this series may not be offered on Blu-ray anytime soon. The price is a steal.
