Fry's Ads 5/1-7 (Updated Daily): $10 BDs; BenjaminButton=$16/$25; Twilight(BD)=$23

Here's the entertainment software listings from the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), Houston (HOU), Los Angeles/Orange County (LA), Las Vegas (LV), San Jose/Silicon Valley (SJ) and Seattle (WA) Fry's Ad(s). These prices are valid only for the dates listed in the subject line.

The items listed below are as they appear in the Fry's B&M Ads. If an item is listed as "SJ only", for example, it could still be on sale at other locations (i.e. - Austin, Sacramento, San Diego, AZ, GA, IL, IN, OR), but it only appeared in the SJ ad. However, since these ads are not available online, I cannot confirm them. If anyone knows of a website to view any further ads, please let me know.

Ad updates:
DFW, HOU, LA, LV, WA: Fri-Mon, Weds
SJ: Everyday

Note: Chicago has been dropped from the listings.

Frys.com only has some of the listed Blu-rays on sale for 9.99. Anybody have any idea if they would honor their advertised sale price on all of them if brought to their attention via email?

Frys.com is, technically speaking, separate from the B&M Fry's stores. While occasionally items of the the weekly sale are the same, more often, they are different prices. Which is why I've never attempted to include the website into these listings.

For those with Best Buy Reward Zone certificates, your local Best Buy might price match the Fry's sale prices. This combination can make for some decent deals. I used a $5.00 certificate yesterday to pick up Gattaca for $4.99 + tax. I just needed to bring in the Fry's print ad and the price adjustment was made at the checkout.

Does the Austin location not do ads at all? I've never seen them in the paper.

I find though that the ads from San Diego/Houston usually match what is in-store however (like, I can guarantee all those $9.99 BDs are on sale) ... gonna see if I can pick up Slumdog for $19.99 today.

The ads are in the Statesman. We used to have a coffee shop in a break room at work and the ad would always be there because they got the paper every day. BTW, I price match Fry's all the time at Best Buy and never have a problem. I've gotten to know the sales folks at the new Pflugerville location pretty well and they're happy to match.

Rocky, which location do you price match? The Gateway location or Parmer? I know there's that new one by the toll road which is near where I live in Hutto. I was thinking of trying that there since it's on my way home which is more convinient.

EDIT: Nevermind, I read that last part. Good to know they price match there. i think I'll be dropping by there from now on. My is that new location desolate. I've never seen more than a handful of customers there. Maybe it's because that shopping center is still under construction.

I obtained my Chicago listings from a kind person on another forum who used to post the ads daily. They were in an accident, and another took up the torch. But it's been 3 weeks since I've seen any Chicago ads. So, without a source, I am forced to give up Chicago. I am still checking that forum. If the ads resume, I'll bring Chicago back.
