Yeah, there is definitely a glitch. I just removed The West Wing Complete Series from my cart and my total price went UP! I don't know if the orders will hold up, but it would be best if you don't pre-order anything so it ships as soon as possible.

Bummer, I missed the 40%, and I can't get any of the more expensive sets to become free like some of you guys. The best I can do is a free 27.95 title when I have a few 23.95 titles in my cart. But I can 't get the 39.95 or 47.95 titles to become free when I have any title that is less...

There's really no rhyme or reason for what percentage they take off certain titles. I would remove one item from my cart and add another that was the same price and my total would be drastically different. All I can say is play around with it. I was on the site for 2 hours last night messing with different combinations. I would remove one item and my total would jump up $200. I finally placed an order and now just have to wait til Monday to see the outcome.

Never ordered from them before. Out of curiosity, do they often have back orders? Or does most stuff come right away?

I would hope that back orders show up in the checkout process before you complete the order. Do they indicate back orders clearly?
