Not part of the 2 for 1 Amazon sale, but the "Adventures of Superman" Seasons with George Reeves are only $15.99 each right now at Amazon. Since DD currently sells them for $31.74 each, that's kinda like a 2 for 1 sale!

The better sale is the 60% off sale but it is more for older TV shows from the 50's through 70's. It runs through to April 16th.

Wal-Mart has them for $15 each. Season 1 on a regular TV on DVD endcap and 2-5 on a endcap created for the release of Twilight.

Not exactly sure if this is a great deal. Seems like they pumped up the price just to an okay deal if you're willing to buy more than one.

Where did you learn math? B1G1 at $31.99 averages to $15.99 per season. That's better than Amazon's price, at least where I live.

Me too, it's a decent price, but I know around November or December there will be a better price, and I'm so backlogged, I don't need any more stuff right now.

Granted, the Superman set is cheaper at Oldies. However, if you are into TV shows from the 50's through 70's, the Amazon 60% off sale is hard to beat with over 500 sets on sale.
