Wal-Mart has all 7 seasons of Buffy for $14.99 each. I bought 5, 6, and 7 last week on a horror endcap display that was up for the Twilight release. 1, 2, 3, and 4 were on a TV on DVD endcap. It's a YMMV since one Wal-Mart in town had the horror display and the other one didn't.

Costco has both seasons of Dark Angel in a two-pack for $19.99.

Don't know the individual sets.
I have the "Complete DVD Collection, Seasons 1-3, 18 Disc DVD Set"
They are double slim cases.
I count 9 cases and there are 2 discs per case.
The total box width is 2 5/8 inches.
