Mine shipped this morning, and it shows that I was definitely charge $36.98 instead of the purchase price of $26.98. Hope the customer service rep I talked to yesterday follows up on her promise to check my order and credit the $10.00.

This people know how to lie!! I just emailed again stating that I want the $10 difference put back in my credit card. I have enough proof that the order was showing a $20 discount before they changed it. Let's see what they tell me next.

Mine got pushed back, too. I just took a screen shot of my order page showing the discounts and the total price. I don't want some stupid gift cert, I just want the price I got originally.

I understand the point of holding them to the checkout price, but I really don't care if my $10 refund is to my card or a certificate. It's not like it was my last ever order from Amazon and I'll never use the certificate.

Damnit! I called them on the 13th last week they told me i will be charge $26.98. I looked up on my credit card today and it was charged me $36.98. Just finished 5 minutes conversation to them on the phone. The girl (customer service rep) so nice and refunding $10 back to my credit card. Oh, plus i got extra $10 Promotion Gift Certificate in my account

Got my Sleeping Beauty yesterday, and wouldn't you know it.... a charge of $36.98
I've been on the phone with this rep who can barely speak English for the past 10 minutes trying to show her I was charged this amount, her response is to talk to my bank!!!

I sent them an email before it shipped, but after my confirmation page $36.98 and they processed my $10 credit right away (and actually before the $36.98 was charged).

i gotta say i like what they did to the sleeping beauty package... the dvd version comes in its on slip case ... i haven't opened pinocchio but judging from the size of the BD case it probably has its on slot ... id rather have the mini slip but owell...
i wonder why people are getting delayed
