Roots (4-Disc 30th Anniv Ed.) $19.99 at Giant Eagle
Giant Eagle is a grocery chain in PA, OH, MD, and WV. I snapped up this deal last night when I saw it in the Sale Bin. The display indicated that the $19.99 price is good from 01/29/09 thru 03/11/09. I don't recall seeing this sale listed in their weekly ad, so YMMV at your local store.
The price sticker on the DVD set is $46.95, but it's only $19.99 with your Giant Eagle Advantage card. (For comparison, Amazon shows this set has an MSRP of $59.99 and a current price of $44.99, while the current price at DeepDiscount is $34.89.)
There are several other TV titles included in the $19.99 sale, but the other deals aren't as hot. I recall seeing Pushing Daisies (S1), Terminator Sarah Connor Chronicles (S1), and Big Bang Theory (S1).

Stopped by GE again last night. Recall seeing a few more titles at $19.99:
