I've gotta believe that this will get even cheaper in the future. I remember hopping on the Bond collection sets for $35 ea. at Costco only to see the all for sub-$100 recently.

i'm with you dirk. i'm in no hurry to get the set and i'd actually rather get the individual sets when their price drops (for shelving purposes). i just don't care for the packaging, now if they would have done something like the Deadwood set it would be a different story.

Since the Arizona Cardinals made it into the Super Bowl, I had really hoped hell had indeed frozen over and Amazon would have put this at just under $100. No such luck.

Waiting for a BD treatment of the series (it's inevitable), but it's still great to see the price drop since it establishes a baseline.

Just got my copy delivered this afternoon via UPS.
And I'm happy to say Amazon did a great job of packaging it -- it was housed inside a tight-fitting cardboard box that was then packed inside a larger box. Fantastic!
This, by the way, is the first big TV box set I've ever purchased. Actually, it's the most I've ever spent on a DVD title. I think the Japanese "Grindhouse" would come in second.
