Is the WS store You refer to the one at the location where the old Lincoln Center Tower was? I'm curious to know of that one is still open...

I hit three more CC's here in NJ yesterday. Mostly wiped clean of BluRay's. I managed to grab (all 50% off):
"Closer" BluRay @ $12.50
"Vertical Limit" BluRay @ $12.50
"Casino Royale" (1967) CE DVD @ $7.50
"Oscar & Lucinda" DVD @ $3.50
"The Queen" DVD @ $7.50
Third Eye Blind "Collection/Best Of" CD @ $7.00
Elton John "Tumbleweed Connection" 2-CD DE @ $14.00

Question - has anyone seen the following BluRay's at any CC's:
Harry Potter Years 1-5 (the small square box version)
Torchwood S1
Sleuth (Caine/Law)
Superhero Movie?

Re: Circuit City Liquidation Deals (post your finds here)

I went today and they had 50% off all dvds and blu rays. Most of the boxsets were lousy deals. Deadwood marked at $80 dollars, for example. I scored some nice finds though:

WWE The Rock - $10

WWE Triple H King of Kings - $10

The Prestige Blu Ray - $15

Contact - $5

Korn Live at Montremx 2004 - $6.50

They also had a truckload of the Batman Gotham Knight 2 discs. I grabbed the blu ray for $12.50. I was tempted to pick up some REscue Me seasons for $20, but I had already spent too much.

Our stores too. They'll be giving them away with the fixtures on the last day.

Hmm...that is strange. I think she got ripped off! I saw ads posted all around the store in my area (NYC) stating that the shopping carts were $40 each. They had all sorts of things listed like a 8 feet long folding table for $35, hand trucks for $50, chairs for $15, etc. They are even selling a safe...too bad it doesn't include the $$ HAHAA

My local CC says 2 days left...

All DVDs/BDs are now 70% off....the only BDs left are the 3 pack (Night at the Museum, 50 first dates, and another), Saw 2 and Rambo First Blood. Ended up getting nada!

I'll probably make one last trip soon to see if a pair of headphones will go up to 50% off (I think it's at 40% right now).

Re: Circuit City Liquidation Deals (post your finds here)

I went to my circuit city again, and there were still tons of movies left. Few blu-rays and games.
I managed to find a Incredible Hulk (2008) Blu on the floor behind some stuff and bought that for $17.50. It was a good find since most of the blu's left were crap titles.
Also picked up Farcry 2 for the 360 for $30.

Didn't think I'd find anything but it was and ok deal now that it was 50% off.

I went by today to see about checking it out finally and to look and see if any Blu-ray's would be left. Nada.

They closed... earlier today, before I arrived. I missed it completely.

Heheh... I thought the same thing when I read that =-)

I picked up...
Multidisk Tropic Thunder $15
Reno 911 Season 5 $15
Hook $5
Single disk Sweeny Todd $11 (didn't see any copies of the 2 disk version)

I was thinking about...
Max Payne $10
Doomsday $10
Journey to the Center of the Earth $10
Pocahontas $10
Hostage $5

But I figured all those would be that much or cheaper at Best Buy or online eventually, so why spend the money now.

If they are still open next time I get paid, I'll drop in one more time.

There were no DVDs that I really wanted at my CC, but I did pick up the Deluxe "Seinfeld" Edition of Scene It? for $15.
