Walmart has blu-rays for $10
I didn't see a post for this.If there is one,my mistake.
Anyhow I went to Wally World last night and they had about 10 or so tittles for $10 and some you can order for Instore pick-up for less.
Heres a list of the ones I seen.

Yeah, the first half was posted already. The 2nd half is good to know though. Rambo 4 sounds YMMV though. That isn't supposed to be 10 bucks... Good score, though!

And all though these 2 tittles are listed under the blu-ray section.
they are just standard DVD's

No, there are not...all Blu-ray Discs contain a 16x9 image....movies shot in a 4x3 aspect ratio (such as Casablanca) are windowboxed within the 16x9 frame to maintain the correct OAR....the "side bars" are part of the encoding...
It can best be compared to a non-anamorphic widescreen DVD, where the letterboxed "black bars" are part of the 4x3 encoded image....
