The promotion code is located on the rebate form and starts with 06-, 07-, or 08- followed by five numbers. 08-59664 is an example of a promotion code.

Notice that the dates are from last year on the FYE website. When you click on the PDF Rebate form, it shows 03/09/09-03/22/09 as the valid dates.

I have one question did anybody receive their rebates ? I really want to buy this set for $10 but i don't want to end up paying $30 and not getting any rebate back.

The rebate form doesn't mention having to send in the UPC, which I assume would be on the box set. I would like to avoid having to cut up the box set if sending in the UPC isn't necessary.

It also looks like the prior rebate form didn't ask for the UPC either. Did anyone have any issues getting the rebate without sending in the UPC?

Just received an e-mail from fye.com advertising this sale again. With rebate and backstage pass, the set is $6.99. With the other online coupon codes ($5 off of $35, $10 off of $50, $15 off of $65), it might be possible to combine this with something else and get a pretty good deal.

They only had 2 at mine. The cases were broke but for $7.99 (after my 20% off for my birthday) I think I got a good deal. My backstage pass was dead and I didn't have the extra money to renew it but she still gave me the 20% off because she knew I was a regular.
