Just came back from the Ontario Mills location. CDs and DVDs are 50% off. Picked up Goldfrapp Special Edition CD DVD Seventh Tree, Passion Pit EP, Digitalism Kitsune Mix CD, Ladyhawke Paris is Burning EP and The Cure Hypnagogic States EP. Lots of CDs left, but those were the only things i liked even after browsing the entire dance and rock/pop sections.

There are no more Blu-Rays left in the store and there's only one rack of books left. Games were 40% off, but there were no PSP games so I didn't grab anything (lots of PS3 and XBox360 but only 3 or 4 Wii games).

Very meager selection of TV on DVD (lots of Bionic Woman and I Love New York...ick) but still a lot of movie/music DVDs, but at 50% off list price, probably not that great a bargain. I didn't even browse since i just got my BD player and won't be buying standard DVDs for movies.

yeah really, they do...unfortunately that's the world we live in where shows like "The Hills" are actually popular...

Any updates on what percent off is and how inventory looks on the two SOCAL Stores clsoing. Especially on the blu rays?

I went to the Orange store on New Year's Eve, and the sign outside said it was the final 10 days, which would mean that today could be the final day.

They didn't have too many Blu-rays, Indiana Jones, Hellboy II, that was about it. If today is truly the last day, I doubt they'll have anything worth buying, when I was there they were pulling stock off the shelves to move to other stores.

I called the store today and the clerk did not sound too knowledgeable..she said she thought everything was 50-80% and there were no more blu rays...
Hard to believe even at 50% off they would all be sold when they are full list prices.
Hope somebody has a scouting freport on what is ther latest at the two stores..

at the Ontario store there are no blu-rays and CDs and DVDs (what little they had left) were 50% off and 60% off if it had a little red sticker (basically anything they still have 20+ copies of like I Am Legend).
