Thank you for listing the Sunday ad, darthtron! With the coupons from the paper last Sunday you can get The Transformers for $1.99. I'm wondering if it's worth it or should I wait for the 2 disc to come down in price?

Might as well save $1 and pre-order The Dark Knight. That's the first time I remember seeing BB raise a pre-order price for week of release.

Especially one that's only 8 inches long!

I think cables are where Best Buy really makes their money. The markup on those things is insane. My mom recently got an HDTV and an upscaling DVD player and she was going to buy an HDMI cable (not Monster) from BB, but I stopped her. Sent her to monoprice where the equivalent cable was less than $10. Best Buy wanted about $40.

8 inches... LOL!!!!

I agree, I got all my recent 6' HDMI cables from Monoprice for less than $4 each.

Do the Best Buy cables at least come with some free movies or something?

p.s. i noticed on Amazon via the Amazon Market place you can get the two disc Edition for under $10 before shipping is added to the price.
