and whew, looks like i can scratch one retailer exclusive off the list. i can do without a batman mask... well, at least until i see it in person and depending on how cool it looks.. although target's wording is a little weird... it makes it seem like there possibly could be bonus extras? "Also included is a digital copy and bonus footage & features"... is the digital copy standard or might that be an exclusive also... i think it's the first i've heard of a digital copy being included |

The Blu-Ray Batpod is not exclusive to Target. Every store should have it available. I know that Best Buy and Circuit City also have it. I also don't believe you'll get the Batman Mask if you go with the Blu-Ray Batpod release, as it won't have both the Batpod and the Batman Mask inside the box. I believe the wording is wrong.

Unless I'm mistaken, $24.99 is the lowest advertised price for a Blu-ray day & date release at B&M retail. Hopefully this trend will begin happening more often.

FYI - the material of the Target mask packaging is the is supposed to mimic the material used for Batman's suit. Kind of a hard rubbery material. Very, very cool!

Does anyone know if the Batman mask will stand up on its own like the IronMan exclusive? I was looking at the Transformers mask at Sam's club the other day which doesnt look like it would stand up on a shelf. I won't get it if that's the case.

I hope the case is sturdy. The case for Transformers was nice and solid, but the plastic cases for Incredible Hulk and Iron were incredibly clunky.
