i just got back from Sams Club and they had some awesome deals on box set

I always find the prices of DVDs at Sam's Club to be competitive with your average prices at other B&M store. For the most part, if you're looking for something particular you can find a better deal if you're patient by keeping your eyes open (for example, the Buffy set which was recently $20 cheaper as an Amazon DOTD).

OMG..... X-Files for $129? Too bad I don't have a sams club card....heh

^For that price it's worth a membership purchase ($40-Advantage) and you *still* get a great deal. Even then, you can always cancel the membership and get your money back. There are several items I regularly purchase at Sams (Loratadine {generic Claritin}, Vitamins, Suppliments) where the combined savings from a single purchase of each more than cover the cost of a membership.

Thanks for pointing out these great deals out, averageguy! I finally got around to picking up The X-Files. The lowest I've ever seen the set was $165 at Amazon...and that was almost a year ago.
