We've currently been watching the Astaire + Rogers Ultimate set and it's very slick indeed. Includes tons of little cards, a soundtrack CD, and is in a neat hologram box. I've seen it for less before, but this is still a great price.

Yeah, it went up around 4pm CST on the 17th, first to ~$24 and then to $43.99! I got in just under the wire and added Crusade to get free shipping. Both for $25.98. Excellent price! Now if someone would just put the B5 Movie set on sale (is this one *ever* under ~$40?) for $20 or less I could get that series finished. :)

That's not even the best price - I got it for less with a Warner Brothers Home Video coupon (S1&S2 for $100.76). I just nabbed S4 at DD. The prices on the BBC sets are pretty consistent so I wouldn't worry about finding it at this price again.

Still I admire your restraint. I briefly considered passing on S4, but I realized how much replay value I've gotten out of S1 - 3. They are the most rewatched DVDs in my collection.

That Twilight Zone movie was $6.99 when the sale began. I had a couple of others in my cart that also went up a bit not long after the sale began. No big deal, but something to keep an eye on.

For Chicago Bull fans, Ultimate Jordan is $14.99 and NBA Dynasty Series - Chicago Bulls - The 1990s is $17.99.

I ordered them a few days ago and Amazon notified me today the DVD's have shipped even though the estimated shipping date was Nov. 24th. Cool.

I had the same shipping estimate. I ordered on the 18th, it went out yesterday and I received my order today. :)
