I'd buy them in a second if the packaging wasn't so shitty.

I honestly couldn't believe the price when I saw it. If I didn't have them, I'd have made the purchase in seconds.

Do these come in individual blu-ray cases within a slipcover or is it a digipak of some sort?

Unfortunately, the packaging for these isn't too great. There is no james bond cover artwork of any kind relating to the included titles within the set. The discs click onto the little foam circles that are held on by adhesive. When these sets were announced I pounced; but after seeing the steelbooks in Best Buy, and even just the regular editions I was disappointed I bought the sets. I expected the box to house individual slipcases like the dvd sets.

At this price, you can't beat it though if the packaging doesn't matter to you.

Do they include the QoS movie cash?

Yup Brent is right, there are 2 QoS tickets per set.

I too got the free Godfather blu set free with the amazon mixup, so I can't feel tooooo badly. But still. Seems amazon are just racking up the deals which I seem to have pulled the trigger on earleir. Perhaps they are trying to show me restraint.

Just pick Bill Me Later as your payment option. The current promo is BMLSAVES. If you aren't a member of BML yet, you will be given a few lines to fill out. What I usually do, however, is to use bill me later for the promo but pay the balance with a GC -- this way you still get the promo and don't have to deal with anything owed after the fact.

I usually pay with a GC at the time of the order, but I guess you can use a GC after if the item has not gone into the shipping process yet.
