Anyone order the Spiderman Trilogy on Blu-Ray from them on this sale? I did, and received a USED copy.

Outer box was shrink-wrapped, but every single corner and some of the outer edges are HEAVILY dented and damaged. Opened up the set, and Spiderman 2 is shrink-wrapped, but Spiderman 1 and 3 aren't. Just sent an email demanding a replacement be sent out immediately...completely unacceptable.

I had a preorder removed and replaced with a recent set with no problem, they fixed it in the morning before my package shipped. I've cancelled whole and partial orders in the past too. Thought this sale was extended to 11/14/08. I guess not I tried to use the "sale" code and got the "The coupon that you entered has expired" message. Oh well I had 14 more Blu-ray titles in my cart. Guess I will have to wait for the next sale in May for me to use up the rest of the $630 in credit I have left.

was overjoyed that they extended the sale. spent all day checking prices and getting my cart ready. they are on central time right? so its not the 24th yet. tried to use the code as well and failed. i guess i didn't need to spend that money anyway lol maybe tomorrow they will re-re-extend the sale. did put my order in at ddd though. they still have the sale going on.
